About Cuckoo’s Nest


Cuckoo’s Nest Subdivision is located in Bumpass, Virginia on the private side of Lake Anna. This subdivision has a boat ramp and two common areas for the use of owners and their guests. These water access lots all have a boat slip that conveys.


There are two sides to Lake Anna, a public and private. The public side is 17 miles long and is approximately 9000 acres. What makes the public side, public is that there are many marinas along the shore for non property owners to gain access to the lake.


The feature that makes the private side unique is that there are no marinas on this part of the lake. Only property owners in those subdivision located on this side have access to the private side. The private side features approximately 3400 acres of water.
