Cuckoo's Nest Association

Cuckoo's Nest Association, Inc. is a home owners association located on the warm side of lovely Lake Anna, in Louisa County, Virginia. Cuckoo's Nest has about 192 building lots of which about two thirds are sold and about three quarters of this number now have homes on them.


We have two common areas, each with boat launch facilities and between the two, about 140 slips available to those homes which are not water front. Our neighborhood is a mixture of full time residents and weekenders. Most of the full time residents are retired from the surrounding area, northern Virginia and the Richmond areas.
